How PakTrack works
- Enter the tracking ID from your shipping receipt or order confirmation.
- PakTrack identifies a supported courier and requests the available shipment data.
- See the details the courier provides. If a record is missing or the courier is unavailable, PakTrack says so.
Supported Pakistan courier lookups
PakTrack currently checks PostEx, TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, Pakistan Post, and M&P. Availability and the amount of detail vary by courier. Daewoo FastEx is not yet connected. See courier coverage and tracking limits.
Common questions
Do I need to know the courier?
Usually no. PakTrack attempts to identify a supported courier and verifies the response. If it cannot identify or confirm the shipment, it will show an explanation and let you choose the courier.
Why are some shipment details missing?
Couriers publish different fields. PakTrack shows only the information returned for that shipment, such as status, route, or tracking events.
Can I save and follow several parcels?
Yes. Sign in to use Bulk Tracking, add several tracking IDs, or upload a CSV or text file. Active saved shipments refresh while the PakTrack server is running.
How does PakTrack confirm a parcel?
A shipment is confirmed only when a supported courier returns a matching record. If there is no record, PakTrack explains that no shipment details were found and may let you select the courier manually.
